- 80g of white chocolate
- 2-3 teaspoons of matcha powder (amount can be changed depending on intensity of flavour desired)
- 2 whole eggs + 1 egg yolk
- 40g of fine sugar/caster sugar
- 40g of butter (with a little extra to grease your ramekins)
